Is it just me or there are too many 1 of cards?

Why? If the cards aren’t some combo pieces and aren’t necessary for the deck’s integrity, you don’t have to run 2 of those. If the cards are equally good and just serve different purposes (like Knife Juggler nad Loot Hoarder), there is no real problem with running 1x of each.

For example, Argent Squire vs Leper Gnome. Argent Squire is generally better in Aggro matchups (trades nicely against enemy 2-drops) and Leper Gnome is generally better in slow matchups (it can push for more damage and even if it gets instantly removed you still get value). It means that if you face around the same amount of both matchups, running Argent Squire + Leper Gnome is fine.

Some decks could run only 1-of cards and they would still be good. You want to play two cards if you want

But if you want to tune the deck, you can just remove the one-ofs and replace them. I don’t like running too many one-ofs, but that’s mostly the OCD issue :)
